Material, welding, paint and shipment control are performed according to procedures and istructions which are documented in ISO 9001:2008
Accordingly with technical specificiations, Sand blasting and priming generaally are performed with grig +shot scraper according to TS EN ISO 8501-1 at Sa 2 1/2 level Epoxy primer preliminary manufacturing lining is performed in surfaces of which surface preparations are made.
Welding operators who are certified according to TS EN 287-1 works in welded manufacturing.
Hiding power, paint thickness, and adhesion (cross cut test) are performed in paint control wprks .
Controls and test in all stages are documneted .
