Within the scope of Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights as a personal data owner:

To learn whether your personal data has been processed,
To request information regarding the processing of your personal data, if it has been processed,
To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
To know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred domestically or abroad,
To request the correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in accordance with the KVKK,
To request that third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred be notified of your requests for correction, deletion, or destruction,
To object to a result that is to your detriment by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
To demand compensation for damages in case you incur losses due to the illegal processing of your personal data.
